Our clay is tested and controlled every day, and it obtains excellent technical results. Its extraction is done in a quarry owned by the company. After the open-air extraction, it undergoes a seasoning and an artificial drying process where constant input humidity is obtained.

After drying, clay is processed in last generation mills and strictly controlled and prepared in modern equipments. In order to shape the piece, we use the pressing method, after pressing, the piece undergoes a drying process that makes the ceramic body to have a great bend resistance, ready to go to the glaze and decoration line. During the ceramic process (combustion), the temperature reaches considerable degrees to make the mass perfectly inert.

In the last stage, after an strict eletronic selection, the ceramic pieces are packed and put in pallets.
